The Good News of Jesus Christ
The Passage
You may have come here searching for ancient mysteries, forgotten writings, prophecy or the deeper stories behind Scripture.
But before you continue your journey, there is one story greater than all the others.
It is not hidden.
It is not found in a forgotten manuscript.
It stands openly at the heart of Scripture.
God loves you.
And He has opened a way back to Himself.
The Map of The Journey
Gate I — God
The Source
Before creation, God was.
Everything begins with Him.
The Father
The Source
The origin and giver of all life.
The Son
The Way
The Word through whom all things were made and the One through whom reconciliation comes.
The Holy Spirit
The Presence
God's Spirit who gives life, guides, teaches and works within those who belong to Him.
Together, this first Gate represents:
GOD — THE SOURCE
God created mankind to know Him, love Him and live in relationship with Him.
But something went wrong.
Humanity turned away.
Sin entered the human story.
And separation followed.
From Adam onward, Scripture tells the story of humanity repeatedly trying—and failing—to restore what had been lost.
But the answer would not ultimately come from mankind finding a way to climb into heaven.
Heaven came to mankind.
The Passage
Jesus Christ
Jesus Christ entered our world.
He taught.
He healed.
He forgave.
He touched those whom others rejected.
He called sinners back to God.
And ultimately He gave His life.
Jesus took upon Himself what separated mankind from God.
He was crucified.
He died.
He was buried.
And on the third day—
He Rose.
Death did not have the final word.
Sin did not have the final word.
The grave did not have the final word.
Jesus did.
"I am the way, the truth, and the life: no man cometh unto the Father, but by me."
— John 14:6
The passage back to God is not a secret teaching.
It is not hidden knowledge.
It is not something reserved for those clever enough to solve every mystery.
The Passage is Jesus Christ.
Grace
Christianity is not about becoming good enough to earn God's love.
The Gospel begins with what God has done, not with what we can accomplish.
We cannot purchase forgiveness.
We cannot earn salvation through knowledge.
We cannot solve enough mysteries to reach God.
Salvation is God's gift.
Jesus opened the way.
We are invited to turn toward Him, trust Him and receive His grace.
Grace comes before transformation.
We do not change ourselves so that God might love us.
God's love and grace begin changing us.
